Really had a good time; always like Eagle in different cities. Was going to give higher start rating. However, 1 star for suspicious credit charges that were not made by me when monthly banking report was reviewed. Visitors like me, 2 words for you: Be Careful!!! Update: Owner reached out and I appreciated the efforts. Changed my star rating. But, I would still recommend visitors to use cash instead of cards to avoid surprising charges.

A fun place and super casual. Not really able to manage the events at all, no real mgmt visible during MAL or any other event. Good for a loose dive bar, bad for a grownup drink.

This is certainly one of the most fun gay bars in DC. It caters to the leather crowd and can be quite raunchy, but it is still a lot of fun. The bartenders are amazing, and very friendly. As are many of the people. Parking can be a problem, but there is a lot that you can park in behind the subway, but you have to walk a long way around the fence to get to the bar itself. It's a small price to pay, but it's a great experience!

Staff was friendly and drink prices decent. The neighborhood is a little creepy, and the parking lot hard to get into if you don't know exactly where you are going - some way-finding would be ideal for new visitors. We were surprised at how few people there were at such a popular place.

No fun at hammer because of must wear jock and leather strip. No find man.

The venues in this list have been curated by BLUF members, and we believe them all to be welcoming of men in leather uniform. However, note that in some cases, dresscode may only be approriate on certain nights. If in doubt, check with a venue before travelling.

We make every effort to keep the information on this page up to date. Please let us know of any errors or omissions.

In some cases, you may see more restrictive opening times listed in BLUF information than in information from Google. Where this is the case, it may mean that a place operates as a leather or dresscode bar only during the hours we have noted.

When you use location-based functions on this page, you location is not sent to BLUF, and is not stored by us.
