The hear of the Folsom Europe weekend, the Street Fair official kicks off at noon, and is usually absolutely packed by about 1400. There are plenty of stalls from a range of vendors, plus outdoor food and drink stands. Cruise, soak up the atmosphere, and see who you bump into.
Entrance is free, but a donation is requested.
