Mr LeatherWest is the regional leather title contest for the South West England and South Wales regions. The title is awarded to a leatherman who embodies the values and principles of LeatherWest and is able to inspire and support others. The title holder is an ambassador for all leathermen in the area and uses his position to further the leather community.
Through a series of rounds the contestants are graded on various aspects of leather culture and what it means to be a leatherman. In addition, the audience are able to cast their vote via the UK Leather Pride App (energised on the night) and this is combined with the judges’ scores to determine the winner.
