Join BLUFSF at the Cadillac Bar & Grill, 44 9th Street, on Thursday, July 24th, 2025 to kick off the weekend of Up Your Alley (aka Dore Alley). The venue is located in the historic Leather are of South of Market (SoMa) and within walking distance to the SF Eagle.

--- Pollo Asado: Achiote-marinated half-chicken grilled over mesquite wood
