BLUFSF 15th Annual IN GEAR Dinner

It's time to get gear up for BLUF San Francisco's (BLUFSF) 15th Annual IN GEAR Dinner!

Join BLUFSF at the Cadillac Bar & Grill, 44 9th Street, on Thursday, July 24th, 2025 to kick off the weekend of Up Your Alley (aka Dore Alley). The venue is located in the historic Leather are of South of Market (SoMa) and within walking distance to the SF Eagle.

6:00PM: Doors opens, cash bar begins & raffle auction opens
6:30PM - 7:00 PM: Appetizers & welcome message
7:00PM - 9:30PM: Dinner buffet begins
9:00PM - 9:30PM: Raffle auction closes & winners announced

--- Camarones al Tocino: Mesquite-grilled, bacon-wrapped prawns stuff with jalapeno

--- Chile Relleno: Roasted poblano chiles stuffed with squash queso oaxaca, topped with ranchera sauce
--- Pollo Asado: Achiote-marinated half-chicken grilled over mesquite wood
--- Skirt Steak Fajitas: Mesquite-griled skirt steak seared with peppers & onions
