EVENT POSTPONED
Masterworks believes that no one should have to be underdressed, uncomfortably seated, or even sober to enjoy classical music performed at the highest level. So come hear the strings, the creak of leather and the clink of glasses at the Two Brewers in Clapham on Thursday 5th September.
Doors open at 7pm, performance 7.45-9.15pm.
There’s no dress code, but uniforms, leathers, rubbers, jeans, ballgowns and cardigans are all encouraged! From S&M to M&S, come as yourself.
The Ensemble, led by violinist Gavin Davies, brings together musicians from the great London orchestras to deliver a programme of Brahms, Tchaikovsky, Garner, Vivaldi, Morley and Gershwin. Some familiar, others obscure, all wonderful.
Kick off a big night out, or come straight from work to relax. Drinks are served throughout. Post-show, you can venture wherever your shameless pleasures take you, head home for an early night, or stick around and enjoy the company!
It’s not a huge venue, so please book in advance if you can.
