The name refers to the style that I started to use at the beginning of my photography days : the colour of (male) FLESH against a BLACK background, hence "FLESHBLACK".
Men like to play. With everything. Not in the least with their own sexuality and eroticism. FleshBlack is not about showing the male body in the "artistic nude" style with lots of soft or hard shadows to mark the bulging muscles. Nor is it only about the glamourous, young, gymtrained look.
It is more about exploring what makes a man sexy. Any man. At any age. With any look. It's about "Males in their games".
InkedKenny is not afraid of the dark. His moody, bruised-looking images explore every shade of black from aggressive to submissive. His models talk of how he explores their fantasies before a shoot so he can push them deeper into their risky desires. Within a few years, inkedKenny (born 1967) developed into one of the most successful photographers of gay culture. His stylized photography shows a desirous view on the beauty of an idealized men's world.
While I've been a commercial photographer and photo editor for more than 20 years, I've been a Leatherman for most of my adult life. I've contributed and photographed a wide variety of projects, and have always been fascinated with a person's personality. Johann specialises in male portraiture and images of the male body. His work has been displayed internationally - in galleries and publications. But, while my work speaks for itself, I like to think my approach also appeals to many who commission me, especially those who are nervous or first-timers - I work closely with a guy, choosing the right approach and location and then ensure they are at ease - thereby getting the best images.
LEATHERMUSK IMAGES is the freelance erotic photography of Southern California-based artist C.Ferreria. Focusing on queer erotic, leather/fetish, and portrait photography, LeatherMusk Images celebrates the male form as a canvas and a conduit for the darker edge of sensuality. A deep interest in the tactile and visceral defines the visual aesthetic of LeatherMusk Images, emphasizing texture to engage the viewer intimately with the photographic subject.
A Morepixx 2023 finalist, we like to focus primarily on sensual and intimate photography.
With a background in film and a deep interest in traditional fine art and creative fashion, we love opportunities to mix these very disparate worlds together with kink to create more emotionally driven images and perspectives. The influence of these worlds lends us to think out of the box, working out how we can create items such as unusual props to reinforce the story of an image and provide striking elements of focus within a portrait.
When it comes to our fetish photography, we like our portraits to be more personal, tailored to the individuals involved and showcasing the connection that is inherent when practicing fetish and kink. Furthermore, we like to bring this connection through to the viewer inviting them to become more than just a spectator if they desire, allowing them to feel how they would fit into the scenes and in turn, challenge the viewer to reflect on their own roles within this world.
This mix of influences and the desire for connection allows us to bring fetish more toward mainstream, edgy, fashion photography as an outlet helping to normalise kink a little more. We also like our work to be a bit more thought provoking to the viewer helping challenge their own views they may have around fetish and kink.
Robert Siegelman takes photographs of men that are introspective and tender. They are sensual and sexual portraits. He depicts how his models, the artist, Queers and how people in general live in, and navigate, the everyday drama of facing themselves, while looking at, and finding themselves as sexual beings.
Siegelman’s work is an expression of his queer identity. He seeks to look at, and create from the shifting grounds of its many complications and changing facets.
The images here are culled primarily from his recent studio work. They are intimate pictures of friends, as well as photographs about identity. They are about these individuals’ connections to leather, kink, sexuality and self.

My name is Arjan Spannenburg and I would like to start by thanking you for your interest in me and my photography.
I shoot portraits of men in certain stages of their live, often coming to grips with who they are and searching for their true identity. This is a quest I haven’t yet fulfilled myself, but I doubt I ever really will. The images I create can be seen as moments of recognition regarding my own life.
For me the location of a shoot doesn’t really matter. I work with Profoto Lights that I can bring along wherever I go.

the_dark_side_of_Pan is the erotic photo project by italian artist and photographer Gianluca Panareo.
Strongly inspired by Renaissance and Baroque art, his research tries to enclose even the most explicit action in elegant images, in an attempt to capture the sublime of erotic and kinky acts.
