BLUF Events Calendar
This calendar shows BLUF events around the world, and those of some other related organisations which we think may be of interest to our members and fans. It's not an exhaustive calendar of the leather scene, and we don't generally promote commercial events here.

The Trouble with Counter Culture
This debate considers whether or not the concept of counter culture still exists, exploring its generational development, from the Baby-Boomers to Millennials. Have the transgressive aspects of culture really been absorbed by the mainstream, or does the 'alternative' still exist? The invited speakers will aim to explore both sides of the argument.
Please note this talk will be BSL interpreted.

London BLUF Social
BLUF LONDON Summer Social. We come together on the afternoon of Saturday 3rd August in London for our Summer Social. An event for guys to get in to whatever gear they feel comfortable and meet at London's Hamstead Heath. A great opportunity for the bikers in BLUF to gear up and ride out. It's not far either from the tube, and on bus links. We aim to meet as a group and chill out in gear for a few hours, maybe explore a little or whatever takes our fancy:-) Maybe, pack a picnic? We can then decide before we go our own ways, if we want to as a group meet that evening in one of London's bars or leather clubs and continue the BLUF theme of the day.

From Style to Substance: Tom of Finland and Antonio Lopez
This afternoon of talks and screenings centres on Antonio Lopez and Tom of Finland. Although the two had divergent artistic trajectories, both had roots in advertising and maintained a keen focus on fashion - this event will explore these ideas, as well as discuss the particular poignancy of each practice, from the context in which they were working to their enduring legacy.
Prices TBC. See website for details.
